Bigin is a right-sized CRM for small businesses.


Selecting a CRM can be a daunting process. There is no shortage of systems to choose from, and you certainly want to make sure the one you choose fits in with your goals. 

When I recently decided that I wanted to dive back into the CRM world for my virtual assisting business, I researched several of them and then tested a few that seemed promising. When I discovered Bigin by Zoho CRM, I felt like I hit the jackpot!


Bigin is the smaller cousin to the full-featured Zoho CRM. It is designed for small businesses and retains the best and most popular features of Zoho CRM. It can easily be upgraded to the more comprehensive Zoho CRM if you decide you ever want all the bells and whistles, and it is part of Zoho's unified platform, so you can easily use all of its apps, such as Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, and Zoho Forms. 


When I tested Bigin, it was incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Over just a couple of hours, I was able to import all of my contacts and set it up to my liking. It really does feel like the perfect CRM for small businesses, with just the right mix of features and functionality. When using some of the larger CRMs they can feel outsized for a small business. 


Best of all, Bigin by Zoho CRM is affordable! Personally, I'm on the Express tier, which costs just $7 per month, per user. The Premier tier is just a few dollars more at $12 per month, per user. I'm thrilled with the value it brings to my business for such a small investment.
